In this class, you’ll create: Pad Thai: Master the art of this iconic Thai stir-fry dish with perfectly cooked rice noodles, a tangy-sweet sauce, and a medley of fresh ingredients. Fried Spring Rolls: Roll and fry crispy spring rolls filled with a savory blend of vegetables and spices, paired with a dipping sauce that packs a punch. Fresh Spring Rolls: Learn to craft vibrant, healthy spring rolls wrapped in rice paper and filled with fresh herbs, vegetables, and shrimp, served with a zesty peanut sauce. Whether you’re new to the kitchen or a seasoned foodie, this class will teach you the techniques and flavors essential to Asian cooking. Cancellation Policy

All workshops are non-refundable after 7 days of booking and within 1 week of workshop. Customers that are unable to attend a class cannot transfer class to another to make up for missed class. If customer is a no-show or cancels within 5 days of class there will be no refund or transfer option. Reach out to Elysha to see if there are options if you are unable to attend a class more than 5 days out.
