Service Description
Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where you’ll learn how to make authentic Guo Tie (Chinese pan-fried dumplings / potstickers) completely from scratch. In this class, we’ll start with homemade dumpling dough and guide you step-by-step through rolling, filling, and folding your own dumplings like a pro. You’ll learn how to create a flavour-packed filling, achieve the perfect dumpling texture, and master the signature pan-fry technique that gives Guo Tie their crispy golden bottoms and juicy centres. We’ll also make a simple, delicious dipping sauce to pair with your dumplings so you can recreate the full experience at home. By the end of class, you’ll leave with: • The skills to make dumpling dough from scratch • Confidence in folding and shaping dumplings • A go-to savoury filling you can customize at home • Tips for pan-frying and steaming dumplings perfectly every time • A full plate of fresh, hot dumplings to enjoy This class is beginner-friendly, fun, and perfect for anyone who loves hands-on cooking and bold, comforting flavours.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
