Service Description

Escape to the south of France with me for an evening of seasonal, restaurant-worthy cooking—no passport required! In this hands-on class, I’ll guide you through creating a stunning summer meal using classic French techniques. We’ll make: Salmon en Papillote (Salmon baked in parchment) Delicate salmon fillets gently steamed in parchment paper with fresh herbs, lemon, white wine, and summer vegetables. You’ll learn how to cook en papillote—a foolproof method for locking in moisture and flavor. Gratin Dauphinois (Creamy French scalloped potatoes) Thinly sliced potatoes baked in rich cream with garlic and a hint of nutmeg. Comforting, elegant, and the ultimate side dish. Haricots Verts Amandine (French green beans with toasted almonds) Crisp-tender green beans finished with lemon butter and toasted almonds for a light, flavorful side that balances the plate. This class is perfect for beginners and confident home cooks alike. You’ll leave with new skills, a full belly, and plenty of inspiration to bring French flair to your own kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
