Service Description
A warm, festive, hands-on evening perfect for the holiday season. In this 2-hour class, you’ll create a soft and flavourful herb-and-garlic pull-apart bread shaped into a beautiful Christmas wreath. You’ll learn how to make a fast, enriched dough, shape uniform rolls, build a wreath, and finish it with aromatic garlic butter and fresh herbs. While the wreath bakes, you’ll move into holiday charcuterie styling. Learn how to choose complementary cheeses and cured meats, fold salami roses, add seasonal touches, and build a balanced, eye-catching board. By the end of the class, you’ll have a warm, fragrant bread wreath and a beautifully arranged charcuterie board ready to enjoy or take home. This class is beginner-friendly, festive, and perfect for holiday entertaining. Ideal for friends’ nights out, date nights, or anyone wanting to add a show-stopping homemade touch to their seasonal gatherings.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
