Service Description
Get ready for the ultimate sweet day out! This full-day class is perfect for young bakers who love to get hands-on in the kitchen. Kids will spend the day making shortcrust pastry from scratch, baking delicious treats, and whipping up their very own no-churn ice cream to go with it. I’ll guide them through every step — from mixing dough and rolling pastry to decorating their tarts and flavouring their ice cream just the way they like it. Along the way, they’ll learn real kitchen skills in a fun, supportive environment. What’s on the menu: Mini Fruit Tarts with pastry cream and fresh fruit Jam-Filled Hand Pies or DIY Pop Tarts No-Churn Ice Cream with fun mix-ins (think cookies, sprinkles, and more!) Pie Crust Twists or Cinnamon Cookies using leftover dough What’s included: All ingredients and equipment A box of goodies to take home Printed recipes to recreate everything at home Please pack a nut-free lunch, water bottle, and indoor shoes. We’ll take breaks throughout the day, and head outside for fresh air if the weather allows. Limited spots available to keep the class small and personal.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
