Service Description

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the secrets to making the perfect choux pastry—the versatile dough behind classic éclairs, cream puffs, and other delicate French pastries. From mixing the dough to piping and baking, we’ll guide you through every step of the process. You’ll also master decadent fillings like pastry cream and whipped ganache, and finish it all off with glossy chocolate glaze or a dusting of powdered sugar. By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to recreate these elegant pastries at home, impressing your friends and family with your newfound baking expertise!

Cancellation Policy

Class fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be transferred to another class. A 15% non-refundable service fee applies to all cancellations. If a class is rescheduled due to weather, participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance. If unable to attend the new date, credit will be applied toward a future class.
