We’ll explore the vibrant flavors of French cuisine and the comforting textures of Northern Italian fare as we prepare: Ratatouille: A colorful vegetable medley cooked to perfection with herbs, olive oil, and garlic—a classic dish from Southern France. Creamy Polenta: Learn the art of making creamy, buttery polenta, a Northern Italian staple, perfectly paired with ratatouille for a satisfying and elegant meal. Cancellation Policy

All workshops are non-refundable after 7 days of booking and within 1 week of workshop. Customers that are unable to attend a class cannot transfer class to another to make up for missed class. If customer is a no-show or cancels within 5 days of class there will be no refund or transfer option. Reach out to Elysha to see if there are options if you are unable to attend a class more than 5 days out.
