Service Description

There’s nothing better than the smell of fresh bread baking—and in this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make soft, rich, bakery-style brioche buns completely from scratch. Perfect for beginners and experienced bakers alike, this class will walk you through the essential techniques for working with enriched dough. You’ll learn how to mix, knead, and properly shape brioche dough to create light, fluffy buns that are perfect for burgers, sandwiches, breakfast toast, or simply enjoying warm with butter. While your dough rises, we’ll take things to the next level by making a selection of delicious flavoured butters—think garlic herb, honey, and maple—so you can turn your fresh buns into something truly special. You’ll also learn tips on how to transform this versatile dough into sweet brioche, pastries, or other creative baked goods, giving you the skills to experiment with brioche in your own kitchen. By the end of class, you’ll have: • A batch of beautifully baked brioche buns to take home (perfect for burgers, sandwiches, or everyday use) • A variety of flavoured butters to enjoy and share • Knowledge of how to adapt the dough for sweet treats or other uses • The confidence and skills to recreate brioche dough in your own kitchen


Cancellation Policy

All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
