Service Description
Bring your favourite Chinese takeout classics into your own kitchen! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to recreate two beloved restaurant favourites from scratch. We'll make crispy, golden chicken balls served with homemade sweet-and-sour sauce, along with vegetable lo mein tossed in a savoury, restaurant-style sauce. Along the way, you'll learn practical techniques for achieving perfectly crispy chicken, balancing sweet and tangy flavours, and creating delicious stir-fried noodles at home. Skip the takeout menu and discover how satisfying it can be to make these familiar favourites yourself. You'll leave with new skills, recipes to recreate at home, and plenty of inspiration for your next takeout night!
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
