Service Description
Get ready for a full PA day of hands-on chocolate and candy magic! In this immersive class, preteens will learn the art and science behind their favorite sweet treats, making four delicious creations from scratch: • Chocolate Bark: Learn to temper chocolate perfectly and create colourful, crunchy bark with mix-ins like nuts, dried fruit, and sprinkles. • Truffles: Master silky smooth ganache and roll your own truffles, coating them in cocoa, or chocolate drizzle. • Fudge: Make rich, creamy fudge —perfectly cut and ready to take home. • Hard Candies: Explore the science of sugar and create colourful, fun hard candies Students will practice tempering, molding, dipping, and decorating techniques, gaining real culinary skills while having fun. Each participant leaves with a box of their own handmade chocolates and candies to enjoy or share with friends and family! Participants will need to bring lunch & snacks Ages 10+
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
