Service Description
Get ready for a hands-on pastry adventure! In this class, you’ll make classic croissant dough from scratch and learn the art of lamination — mixing, butter block prep, rolling, folding, and shaping. You’ll shape your own traditional croissants and pain au chocolat, learning how to create those beautiful flaky layers and perfect honeycomb interiors. We’ll bake them fresh in class so you can enjoy the warm, buttery results straight from the oven. You’ll head home with freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat, plus extra laminated dough to proof and bake at home — so you can practise and impress your family with bakery-quality pastries. Perfect for pastry lovers who want to master laminated dough and create authentic French classics from scratch!
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
