Service Description

Indulge in the art of one of France’s most elegant desserts in this hands-on Crème Brûlée class. You’ll learn how to create a perfectly smooth, creamy vanilla custard topped with that signature crisp caramelized sugar shell everyone loves to crack into. In this beginner-friendly class, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the techniques that make Crème Brûlée rich, silky, and restaurant-worthy—from properly tempering eggs to achieving the perfect custard texture and mastering the caramelized topping. Skills learned include: • How to make a classic baked custard • Proper egg tempering techniques • Tips for achieving a silky-smooth texture • Water bath baking methods • How to caramelize sugar for the perfect crisp topping • Kitchen torch safety and technique • Make-ahead and storage tips Each participant will make their own Crème Brûlée desserts to enjoy and take home. Whether you’re looking to build confidence in the kitchen or simply love classic desserts, this class is a delicious way to learn new skills and impress family and friends.


Cancellation Policy

All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
