Service Description
Learn how to make soft, fluffy pitas and naan completely from scratch in this hands-on class that’s perfect for entertaining, snacking, or elevating your weeknight meals. We’ll walk through the process of mixing, shaping, and cooking two classic flatbreads, then pair them with three irresistible dips you’ll want to make on repeat: Creamy classic hummus Whipped feta with bright, tangy flavour Warm herb & roasted garlic olive oil dip You’ll learn how to work with yeast doughs, cook flatbreads without a tandoor or pizza oven, and balance flavours for dips that taste restaurant-quality at home. We’ll finish by tearing, dipping, and sharing everything together.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
