Service Description
Learn how to create a comforting, restaurant-quality Italian meal from scratch in this hands-on Fresh Pasta & Tiramisu cooking class. In this class, you’ll make fresh pasta dough by hand, roll and shape it into tender noodles, and finish it with a rich brown butter sage sauce that’s simple, elegant, and full of flavour. While the pasta dough rests, we’ll also build classic tiramisu layer by layer—espresso-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone filling, and a dusting of cocoa for the perfect finish. This class is designed to be relaxed, fun, and approachable, whether you’re new to homemade pasta or just want to level up your Italian cooking skills. You’ll leave with the confidence to recreate both dishes at home, along with tips for timing, texture, and flavour balance that make all the difference. By the end of class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the meal you’ve made—fresh pasta with brown butter sage sauce and a classic tiramisu for dessert.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
