Service Description
Bring the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean into your own kitchen in this hands-on evening cooking class inspired by classic Greek street food. In this class, you’ll learn how to create Greek-inspired seasoned chicken wraps (gyro-style flavours without the traditional rotisserie) using simple, fresh ingredients and bold seasoning. We’ll build everything from scratch—layering juicy, flavour-packed chicken with warm flatbreads, crisp vegetables, and a creamy homemade tzatziki. This is a relaxed, interactive class focused on real cooking skills you can use at home again and again. You’ll leave confident in building balanced, flavourful meals that feel fresh, satisfying, and perfect for summer entertaining. What you’ll make: • Greek-style seasoned chicken • Warm pita • Homemade tzatziki sauce • Fresh Mediterranean toppings (tomato, cucumber, red onion, herbs) • Simple Greek-inspired salad Perfect for anyone who loves fresh, bold flavours and wants to recreate their favourite takeout-style meals at home in a healthier, homemade way.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
