Service Description
Join us for a hands-on holiday cooking class and learn to make a stunning three-item brunch menu perfect for Christmas, holiday gatherings, or festive entertaining. You’ll prepare: Smoked Salmon Crostinis – crisp crostini with lemony cream cheese, smoked salmon, and fresh dill. Stuffed French Toast – thick brioche stuffed with cream cheese and seasonal fruit, baked to golden perfection, and served with maple syrup. Mini Frittatas with Seasonal Veggies & Herbs – individual baked egg frittatas with cheese and fresh vegetables, ideal for brunch or holiday entertaining. In this class, you’ll learn essential techniques for layering, custard soaking, knife skills, and plating, leaving you confident to recreate these festive dishes at home. Perfect for beginners and seasoned cooks alike, this Holiday brunch cooking class will inspire, educate, and delight.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
