We’ll make flavour-packed egg cups with multiple variations—perfect for quick, grab-and-go breakfasts—along with a simple roast chicken, grain, and roasted vegetable base that becomes several different meals. The real game-changer? You’ll create three easy sauces to completely transform your meals, so you never get bored of eating the same thing. This class focuses on efficient batch cooking, smart meal assembly, and practical storage tips to help you save time, reduce stress, and eat well all week long. Perfect for busy schedules, families, or anyone looking to simplify healthy eating without sacrificing flavour. You’ll leave with ready-to-use recipes, meal prep strategies, and the confidence to make weekly prep quick and easy at home.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
