Service Description
Step into the flavours of the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class where we build a beautiful spread of savoury mezze and finish with a classic sweet treat. You’ll start by learning how to make whipped feta, a creamy, tangy spread finished with olive oil that’s perfect for sharing. Next, we’ll prepare a bright and fragrant lemon herb couscous, learning how to season and build flavour in a simple grain dish that pairs beautifully with any Mediterranean meal. While everything comes together, you’ll also be guided through the art of baklava — layers of crisp phyllo, chopped nuts, and warm honey syrup. You’ll learn how to handle phyllo with confidence and understand the timing that gives baklava its signature texture. This class is relaxed, fun, and designed for all skill levels. You’ll leave with new techniques, recipes you can recreate at home, and a delicious Mediterranean-inspired spread to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
