Service Description

Learn how to make fresh, homemade ravioli from scratch in this fun, hands-on pasta class. We’ll start by mixing and rolling fresh pasta dough, then move on to filling, shaping, and sealing beautiful three-cheese ravioli. I’ll demonstrate the full process from start to finish, including how to cook the ravioli and finish it with a simple brown butter & sage sauce, which we’ll enjoy together during class. You’ll then make your own ravioli to take home, ready to cook and enjoy later. This class is relaxed, beginner-friendly, and focused on building confidence with fresh pasta — no experience needed. You’ll leave with new skills, take-home ravioli, and everything you need to recreate this at home. In this class you’ll learn: • How to make and roll fresh pasta dough • How to fill, shape, and seal ravioli properly • Tips for storing and cooking ravioli at home • How to make a classic brown butter & sage sauce Perfect for pasta lovers who want a fun, rewarding cooking experience — and a delicious meal waiting for them at home.


Cancellation Policy

All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
