Service Description
Join us for a cozy, summer-inspired dessert class celebrating one of the season’s most loved fruits — ripe, juicy peaches. In this hands-on evening class, you’ll learn how to make a rustic peach cobbler from scratch, including how to balance sweetness, build flavour with fresh seasonal fruit, and achieve that perfect golden, bubbling topping. While the cobbler bakes, we’ll also prepare a light and silky vanilla Chantilly cream to serve alongside. This is the kind of dessert that feels simple, nostalgic, and impressive all at once — perfect for summer gatherings, cottage weekends, or anytime you want a comforting homemade treat. In this class, you will: • Make a classic peach cobbler from scratch • Learn how to prepare and season fresh peaches for baking • Master a simple biscuit or batter-style cobbler topping • Whip a light vanilla Chantilly cream • Learn baking cues for perfect texture and doneness • Enjoy your dessert fresh from the oven
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
