Service Description
Learn how to make comforting, restaurant-style dishes at home in this hands-on cooking class focused on bold flavours and simple techniques. In this class, we’ll make pan-seared pork chops with a flavourful herb compound butter, crispy smashed potatoes, and finish with rich, fudgy brownies for dessert. You’ll learn how to properly sear meat for a golden crust, build big flavour with minimal ingredients, and turn classic comfort food into something a little extra special. This class is relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for home cooks of all skill levels. Whether you’re cooking for family, hosting friends, or just want to level up your weeknight dinners, you’ll leave with practical skills, great recipes, and a delicious meal to enjoy. We’ll be making: • Pan-seared pork chops • Herb compound butter • Crispy smashed potatoes • Fudgy brownies Comfort food, elevated — and totally doable at home.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
