Service Description
Join us for an elevated, hands-on cooking experience where we master two restaurant-quality favourites: perfectly seared scallops and creamy, dreamy risotto. In this 2-hour class, you’ll learn the essential techniques behind achieving golden, caramelized scallops with a tender centre, as well as how to build a rich, velvety risotto that’s balanced, flavourful, and never mushy. We’ll focus on timing, texture, and the small details that make these dishes feel truly professional—without being complicated. You’ll walk away with: • Confidence in cooking scallops at home without overcooking them • A foolproof method for risotto that you can adapt endlessly • Knife skills and prep tips to make the process smoother • A plated dish you’ve created yourself and can proudly recreate This class is beginner-friendly but still engaging for experienced home cooks who want to refine their technique and elevate their dinner game. Expect a relaxed, interactive atmosphere with plenty of tasting along the way. Perfect for a date night, a foodie night out, or anyone who wants to cook something that feels a little fancy without the stress.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
