Service Description
Learn how to make incredible sourdough pizza from scratch in this hands-on class that’s all about flavour, technique, and the magic of sourdough. You’ll learn how to work with a sourdough starter, shape dough, and bake pizzas with the perfect chewy crust and crisp edges. In addition to making pizza in class, you’ll go home with your very own starter and all the know-how to maintain it, feed it, and keep it active — so you can continue baking delicious sourdough pizzas anytime. You’ll also learn how to stretch dough properly, build flavourful sauces, and top your pizzas for a perfect bake every time. This class is relaxed, beginner-friendly, and perfect for pizza lovers who want to master sourdough and bring that restaurant-quality pizza home.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
