Service Description
Transport your taste buds to Thailand with this hands-on Thai cooking class featuring one of Thailand’s most beloved comfort foods: Massaman Curry. Known for its rich, aromatic flavours and gentle warmth, Massaman Curry is a beautiful blend of Thai and Indian influences, combining fragrant spices, creamy coconut milk, tender meat, potatoes, and a perfectly balanced mix of sweet, savoury, and savoury-sweet flavours. In this class, you’ll learn how to create an authentic-style Massaman Curry from scratch while exploring the key ingredients, techniques, and flavour combinations that make Thai cuisine so unique. You’ll also prepare perfectly steamed jasmine rice—the ideal accompaniment to soak up every bit of the delicious curry sauce. This is a fully hands-on cooking experience where you’ll learn new skills, gain confidence in the kitchen, and enjoy the meal you create. Participants will take home their prepared dish, along with recipes and techniques they can recreate in their own kitchens. No previous cooking experience required—just bring your curiosity and appetite!
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are final sale. Due to limited space and preparation costs, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be transferred to another class, subject to a 15% service fee. The transfer must be requested within 7 days of the cancellation and applied to a class that is currently listed on the schedule and has availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full class fee. If a class is rescheduled by the instructor (e.g., due to weather), participants will be notified at least 3 hours in advance and offered a new date or a credit toward a future class.
